Moon is in Leo. Though this is the driest and most barren moon sign, it's an excellent time for increasing hair thickness...whatever that means. Does that mean it's okay to cut? I don't know. I'm dazed and confused.
According to The Pagan's Path, it's a good time to weed, inspect your plants for pests and prune.
I don't know what else the moon in Leo means to us on a day to day basis.
